Terms and Condition
Welcome to the Devine Décor website. The site is provided as a service to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions of use, which govern your use of the Site (the “Agreement”).
Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the agreement. We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the agreement whenever you use the Site. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the Site.
Site Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealer, reseller or distributors.
Tax Policy
We are required by law to charge tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location. We currently have one store in Tennessee. Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an item has been shipped. Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. Tax Exempt Purchases
If you are making a purchase for a tax exempt organization or are an individual that qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact us at 615-895-9155. To ensure compliance with state and local tax laws, all requested forms and information must be received and verified by our team before a purchase can be placed without tax.
